Indoor swimming pool. Who wouldn't want to like they're in a luxurious hotel every day?

Mini golf course. No, we're not talking about a putting green (sorry, J.Lo). We want a full-blown, 18-hole mini golf course, complete with a whimsical windmill.

A river. No need to go outside to relax on the banks — who hasn't dreamt of a river running through their home? Go subtle, like in this Lake Michigan home, or build your whole house around a wild stream.

A "press for champagne button." (That works!) Restaurants in NYC and London have installed these one-press solutions for sadness. Why not put them in our homes? (You can buy one on Etsy, but making it work — that's a bit trickier.)

Bars in our backyard. The word's in: Tiny bars made from backyard sheds are the new hottest thing. We want one.

No stairs — just a slide. Okay, fine: We'll hide a staircase somewhere. But why can't we just hop in a chute to get from the second floor to the first? This shouldn't be just an adolescent fantasy. Want to drool? Check out this amazing Brooklyn penthouse.

Rock climbing wall. Another great way to travel between floors — or to prep for your next big adventure.

Screening room. With all the amenities, please: A popcorn maker, at least two rows of seats, low-key lighting. Who could say no to a film in a private, classic screening room?

Spa room — with the works. A sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam room. Everything.

A hidden room (accessible by bookcase). This is an actual thing that people have — like in this Steamboat Springs, CO home. Where would it lead — a panic room? A luxurious lounge? Who knows, but we're sold.

Wine cellar and tasting room. A wine cellar may be de rigeur in upscale houses these days, but a tasting room? That's the stuff of dreams.

Candy room. Beyoncé and Jay-Z almost bought this $85 million mansion with an entire candy room (Minecraft creator Notch eventually purchased the home). Why can't we have the same thing?

A waterfall. How Zen! Who wouldn't want to read a book next to their very own waterfall? You can go rustic or contemporary, like this multicolored stream from Texas.
