Nick Jonas first achieved widespread success as a teen musician, alongside his brothers in the Disney-approved band The Jonas Brothers. Now, the youngest Jo-Bro has made a splash in Hollywood with his adult-friendly music, mature acting roles and newly buff physique. And it looks like his string of life changes is extending to his real estate portfolio as well. The "Jealous" singer recently listed his West Hollywood home for $3.6 million, $400,000 more than he paid for it in 2013, according to Trulia.

The Mediterranean-style home was built in the 1930s, and comes equipped with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a second-story library, several working fireplaces and a lush backyard space complete with a pool. Take a closer look at the home in the photos below.
